Swarey Builders
Swarey Builders was started in 1990 by David A. Swarey after 12 years of prior construction experience. Our primary focus back then was general construction including flatwork concrete. In the spring of 1999 we attended a Stampcrete training seminar where we learned about the unique possibilities of working with decorative stamped concrete. From there we started promoting it as a beautiful alternative to plain gray concrete.
After receiving increasing requests for stamped concrete and finding enjoyment in the detailed work, in 2002 we made the decision to shift our business primarily into decorative concrete. Shortly thereafter we added decorative overlays and acid staining as a way to dress up existing plain concrete. Recently we have begun to offer concrete countertops for outdoor kitchens. We also take on commercial work and have successfully completed stamped concrete projects for restaurants, hardware stores and a hotel.
We have always endeavored to learn the most that we can about our product thereby providing the best possible service to our customers. To that purpose, in 2000 David Swarey fulfilled the requirements and became certified by the American Concrete Institute.
We are a family owned business and enjoy what we do. Since 1999 we have installed over 100,000 sq ft of stamped concrete in addition to a growing portfolio of overlays and acid staining. Call us for your next project.
